Introducing Private Tenant for DataMapper

We’re excited to announce a significant update to our product, DataMapper. As you may know, DataMapper has been available only in a multi-tenant setup. Today, we’re releasing exciting news: Private tenant where DataMapper can operate in your own private Azure tenant (also called Single tenant setup).

What is a Private Tenant?

In a multi-tenant setup, multiple customers share the same tenant but with their own resource groups, which we manage centrally. Now, with the introduction of the Private Tenant, customers have the option to run DataMapper inside their company’s own Azure tenant. This means that all data stays on your own Azure tenant for processing, giving you more control of your own data management.

Who is it for?

Private Tenant is designed for organisations that prefer to have their data and resources managed in their own space. This could be due to various reasons such as compliance requirements, organisational policies, or simply a preference for dedicated resources.

Why choose Private Tenant?

Choosing a Private Tenant setup offers several benefits:

  1. Control: You can manage your data and resources according to your organisation’s specific needs.
  2. Flexibility: You can customise your resource allocation based on your requirements, which can be particularly beneficial for larger organisations or those with specific needs.
  3. Scalability: With your own dedicated resources, you can easily scale up or down based on your needs without affecting or being affected by other tenants.

Please note that while a Private Tenant provides these benefits, a multi-tenant setup also has its advantages. It is important to understand your own company’s needs and resources before choosing Private Tenant.
