Det skyldes flere \u00e5rsager. Her er blot nogle af dem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><b>M\u00e6ngden af data<br \/>\n<\/b>En virksomhed vil typisk have millioner af filer, e-mails, vedh\u00e6ftninger og dokumenter. Det er en langsom, upr\u00e6cis og n\u00e6sten umulig proces at skalere, hvis man skal gennemg\u00e5 disse data manuelt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Konteksten er afg\u00f8rende<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>Et ord eller et tal bliver f\u00f8rst f\u00f8lsomt, n\u00e5r det relaterer sig til en person. For eksempel er \u201cCOVID\u201d eller \u201cmuslim\u201d i sig selv ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis f\u00f8lsomme, men i en s\u00e6tning som <i>\u201cHun blev opsagt efter at have fortalt, at hun havde COVID\u201d<\/i>, g\u00f8r konteksten det f\u00f8lsomt if\u00f8lge GDPR.<\/li>\n<li><b>F\u00f8lsomme data kan gemme sig overalt<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>Det er ikke kun i tekstdokumenter der kan have f\u00f8lsomt indhold &#8211; f\u00f8lsomme oplysninger kan v\u00e6re skjult i sk\u00e6rmbilleder, scannede kontrakter, h\u00e5ndskrevne noter eller billeder af ID-kort. Uden hj\u00e6lp skal hvert billede gennemg\u00e5s manuelt, hvilket er b\u00e5de tidskr\u00e6vende og &#8211; efter vores erfaringer &#8211; fejlbeh\u00e6ftet.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Sprog- og formatkompleksitet<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>F\u00f8lsomme oplysninger kan forekomme p\u00e5 mange sprog og i forskellige nationale formater. Et dansk CPR-nummer ser anderledes ud end et amerikansk social security number, og selv det samme ord kan have forskellig betydning afh\u00e6ngigt af sproget.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Udviklingen af f\u00f8lsomme udtryk<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>Datalovgivninger som GDPR er omfattende og opdateres l\u00f8bende. Nye risikotermer opst\u00e5r hele tiden. Hertil kommer at hver virksomhed kan have sine helt egne definitioner af, hvad der betragtes som f\u00f8lsomt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Tekniske begr\u00e6nsninger<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>Det kan v\u00e6re s\u00e6rligt udfordrende at scanne komplekse dokumenter som Excel-ark med mange r\u00e6kker og kolonner. OCR-teknologi l\u00e6ser typisk tekst vertikalt, men data i regneark er ofte arrangeret p\u00e5 m\u00e5der, der ikke passer til denne l\u00e6selogik. I denne forbindelse starter DataMapper med at udtr\u00e6kke al l\u00e6sbar tekst fra de filer, der scannes, hvad enten det er almindelige tekstfiler eller billedfiler. Det er her, systemet afg\u00f8r, hvilke machine learning- og AI-modeller der skal anvendes, baseret p\u00e5 det registrerede sprog. T\u00e6nk p\u00e5 det som at placere hver fil p\u00e5 det rette behandlingssamleb\u00e5nd.<\/p>\n<p>Ord og tal betyder nemlig ikke det samme p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af sprog \u2013 for eksempel henviser \u201cSSN\u201d p\u00e5 engelsk til et Social Security Number, mens det i Danmark svarer til et \u201cCPR-nummer\u201d. Nogle f\u00f8lsomme dataformater er desuden specifikke for sprog eller lande \u2013 en national identifikation i \u00e9t land kan v\u00e6re helt irrelevant i et andet. Ved at identificere sproget fra start sikrer DataMapper, at hver fil behandles med de rette sprogforst\u00e5ende modeller, hvilket g\u00f8r den efterf\u00f8lgende indeksering af n\u00f8gleord, m\u00f8nstergenkendelse og kontekstfiltrering langt mere pr\u00e6cis. Hvert eneste udtryk bliver gjort m\u00e5lbar op imod en n\u00f8je udarbejdet taksonomi af f\u00f8lsomme udtryk. Denne taksonomi er udviklet i samarbejde med juridiske og compliance-eksperter i overensstemmelse med eksempelvis GDPR.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Taksonomien d\u00e6kker tre hovedkategorier af f\u00f8lsomme oplysninger:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Personhenf\u00f8rbare oplysninger (PII)<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 f.eks. navn, f\u00f8dselsdato, CPR-nummer<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">F\u00f8lsomme personoplysninger<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 f.eks. helbredsoplysninger, fagforeningsmedlemskab, seksuel orientering<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Forretningskritiske termer<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 f.eks. kontrakter, budgetter, dokumenter om immaterielle rettigheder<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Denne taksonomi fungerer som et foruddefineret ordforr\u00e5d af risikomark\u00f8rer og opdateres l\u00f8bende i takt med, at lovgivning og dataforordninger udvikler sig.
