About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Safe Online, you will be responsible for leading the sales process from the initial meeting with a lead to closing the deal. You will qualify and engage leads by identifying their needs, addressing any challenges, and presenting our solution in a way that creates clear value for the customer. Your goal is to ensure they feel confident in taking the next step and ready to sign an agreement. We take pride in ensuring that our customers receive the best service and full value from our solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Utilize meetings booked by our lead generators while also identifying and qualifying potential leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify and guide leads through the sales process from the first meeting to closing the deal.
- Use a structured process, such as SPIN, to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Follow up on existing leads to ensure no opportunities are lost.
- Work with our CRM system (HubSpot) to document all sales activities and update the pipeline.
- Ensure a high conversion rate from meetings to agreements through effective follow-ups and compelling presentations.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Has experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, or a strong drive to learn.
- Is fluent in Danish, and preferably English or another Scandinavian language.
- Is structured, proactive, and ready to take responsibility for the entire sales process from the first meeting to contract signing.
- Is experienced with CRM software (preferably HubSpot).
- Has a strong focus on achieving results and can handle rejection with a smile.
- Is coachable and ready to grow in a fast-paced company.
- Is located in Denmark or Malmö and has the right to work in Denmark.
